School teacher caught for child porn

Police arrested a 33-year-old elementary school teacher in Tokyo on Feb. 7 on suspicion of providing images of two naked boys by e-mail in violation of the anti-child pornography law. Both boys — one Japanese, one non-Japanese — were aged below 10. Toshio Watanabe has previously been in trouble for posting photos of deceased child traffic accident victims on the Internet without their families' consent, as well as photos of dead bodies and naked people.
