Agent Orange likely used in Okinawa
The U.S. Board of Veterans' Appeals has found that the hazardous chemical defoliant Agent Orange was probably used in Okinawa during the Vietnam War era. Agent Orange, which was used to clear jungles, has been blamed for numerous health problems, including cancer and birth defects. (Kyodo)
