Peace On plans 'terakoya' for Iraqis

Japanese NGO "Peace On" is planning to open a small school for children of Iraqi refugees in Syria. It will be modeled after Japanese "terakoya" temple schools. Many children of Iraqi refugees are not admitted to school in Syria due to differences in curriculum. (Kyodo)
