Britain orders out Russian diplomats

Britain ordered the expulsion of four Russian diplomats July 16 over the Kremlin's refusal to extradite Andrei Lugovoi, the key suspect in the poisoning of former KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko.

Russia has further aggravated its relations with the West, after withdrawing July 14 from a key European arms control treaty that governs deployment of troops on the European continent. (AP)
