Romanian wins Cannes top prize

Romanian director Cristian Mungiu won the Cannes Film Festival's Palme d'Or with "4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days," a look at illegal abortion in Communist-era Romania. Mungiu says the prize shows that good cinema does not need huge budgets or major stars. (AP)
