Oita education board dismisses 21
The education board of Oita Prefecture decided Aug. 29 to dismiss 21 public school teachers who passed the recruitment test last year through manipulation of exam results. The board also decided to employ as teachers from October those who were evaluated as having failed the exams due to the manipulation. (Kyodo News)
