Disneyland cancels all parades
All parades at Tokyo Disneyland in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, will be cancelled, sources said Jan. 9. This follows an accident in which a 300-kilogram object fell off a parade float during a parade. No one was hurt.
The park is investigating the cause of the accident. This is the first time all parades have been cancelled in the park, except for bad weather. (Kyodo)
