Boy kills mom, stuffs doll in stomach

An 18-year-old boy killed his mother, his 15-year-old brother and his 13-year-old sister in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture. Police said Jan. 15 that the boy cut open his mother's stomach and stuffed a doll inside.

The boy also tried to cut the heads off the bodies. He then set fire to their apartment. The boy did not say why he did it. (Kyodo)
