Melamine found in Kyoto nursing homes
Health officials said Sept. 29 that the toxic substance melamine has been found in Marudai Food products sold to two nursing homes in Kyoto.
The product was a pastry shaped like a panda face, which was made with milk from major Chinese dairy Yili. The amount of melamine found in the pastries was not harmful. (Kyodo News)
