Soccer: Gamba lifts Asian crown

Brazilian striker Lucas scored in the fourth and 15th minutes as Gamba Osaka completed a 5-0 aggregate win over Adelaide United of Australia on Nov. 12 in the Asian Champions League final, giving Japan back-to-back continental titles. Osaka beat defending champion and J. League rival Urawa Reds in the semifinals, and then dominated both legs of the final, winning 2-0 in Adelaide after a 3-0 victory in the home leg Nov. 5. (AP)
