Al-Qaida to answer online questions

Al-Qaida's media arm, Al-Sahab, said that deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahri would answer any questions submitted online by Jan. 16. There were more than 900 questions, including: Why hasn't al-Qaida attacked the United States again, why hasn't it attacked Israel, and does it have a long-term strategy? Another asked if he could join jihad without his mother's permission. (AP)
