Oil summit held in Saudi Arabia

An international oil summit began June 22 in Saudi Arabia amid soaring oil prices. Delegates from 36 countries and 22 oil companies were there. The United States and other countries say Saudi Arabia should increase production because it has not kept up with growing demand. Saudi Arabia blames speculation in the oil market and not shortage of supply for the soaring prices. (AP)
