Sydney faked music at 2000 Olympics

China isn't the only country to fake a musical performance during an Olympic opening ceremony. Eight years after Sydney hosted the 2000 Olympics, officials with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra said their performance at the opening ceremony was prerecorded. And even more embarrassing for Sydney: some of the music was recorded by the symphony orchestra of rival city Melbourne.(AP)
