もう一つの経済サミット

先進7ヵ国による経済サミットで世界全体の経済政策が決定されることに異議を唱える人々が「もう一つの経済サミット」と呼ばれる会議を、毎年開催している。今年この会議に参加する筆者の提案とは…。
