日本に住み、日本人と結婚する外国人が増えているにもかかわらず、そういった外国人の名前は住民票に記載されない。家族である日本人とは別に、外人登録証に記録されているのだ。そろそろ古い条例を改定して、時代に合った法律を作るべきだ。
