人権は世界のどこでも共通か

世界人権宣言の中のさまざまな「権利」には地域の実情により守る必要のないものもある。 一方、拷問の禁止や逮捕に対する保障などは世界中が守らねばならないものだ。 だが、その権利を侵している国々が存在する。
