Criminal complaint filed against Tokyo gov.

A citizens' group has filed a criminal complaint against Tokyo Gov. Naoki Inose for receiving yen50 million from a hospital chain at the center of his campaign money scandal, sources said Nov. 25.
The group claims that Inose was paid yen50 million from Torao Tokuda, former chief of the Tokushukai hospital group, and Takeshi Tokuda, his son and a member of the Lower House.
Inose received the money around Nov. 19 in a Diet office building, but didn't record it, the group claims. (Kyodo)
