Skymark Airlines Inc. said Jan. 29 it would try to find sponsors to keep it afloat as it restructures, a day after filing for bankruptcy protection. Among the possible sponsors is ANA Holdings Inc., the parent of All Nippon Airways Co.
Skymark also has said it will receive financing for restructuring from Integral Corp., a Tokyo-based investment fund.
ANA and rival Japan Airlines Co. are considering a rare three-party code-sharing deal. (Kyodo)
