相談役も楽じゃない

オハイオ州立大学では、新入生のほとんどが親元を離れて寮で暮らします。これが自立の第一歩となるわけですが、親の監視の目から解放されたことで、学生たちははめをはずしがち。そこで活躍するのが Resident Advisor と呼ばれる学生です。筆者の飯島さんも、昨年 Resident Advisor を務めました。さて、その仕事とは？
