ひと昔前、N.Y. は治安が悪く自転車に乗るのは危険とされていました。でも最近はピザ宅配や書類即配サービスなどの自転車が猛スピードで飛ばすので、逆に自転車の方が周囲にとって危険な存在になっています。市も自転車取り締まりに乗り出しましたがーー。
