バンクーバーのマリファナ事情

筆者が住むブリティッシュ・コロンビア州は、「ＢＣ バッド」の名称で知られる、良質な大麻の産地。マリファナショップもあちこちに見られます。今年7月、カナダでは大麻の医学的使用を認める法律が出来ました。今回は、マリファナの本場にいる筆者が、さまざまな現地の動きについてレポートします。
