コーヒー農家に「公平さ」を

日本語で「公正取引」や「公正貿易」と訳される「フェアトレード」は、発展途上国の生産者によりよい取引条件を提供し、その権利を強化することで、社会の発展を持続可能なものにすることを目指した運動。 自らその運動に携わる筆者のアリソン・グレイさんが、コーヒー農家の例をもとに「フェアトレード」とは何かを紹介してくれます。
