慣れてしまえば、身の回りに日常的にある騒音は、「聞こえなく」なってしまうかもしれないが、その音が脳に何らかの影響を及ぼしている可能性もある。 だから食べ物や水と同じく、私たちの体の中に入ってくる「音」にも、十分注意すべきではないだろうか。
