Officers opened fire after two men dressed as women refused to stop March 30 at the National Security Agency gate at Fort Meade, Maryland, and then smashed into a police vehicle blocking the road, officials said. One of the men died.
A police officer and the other man in the vehicle also were hurt, the NSA said in a news release.
An FBI spokeswoman said the incident was not believed to be linked to terrorism. (AP)
