Dirty jokes uncovered in Anne Frank’s diary

Researchers have discovered four dirty jokes and a candid description of sex, contraception and prostitution in two pages of Anne Frank’s diary, they announced May 15 in Amsterdam.

The pages were written on Sept. 28, 1942, shortly after Anne and her family went into hiding from the Nazis. Researchers used new digital technologies to read the pages, which were pasted over with brown paper. (AP)
