The Islamic State group claimed responsibility Dec. 13 for a suicide bombing at a Cairo church that killed 25 people, mainly women, on Dec. 11.
In a statement claiming responsibility, IS vowed "to continue war against apostates."
Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi on Dec. 12 identified the bomber as 22-year-old Mahmoud Shafiq Mohammed Mustafa.
