BOJ is worst communicator: survey

Central bank watchers said the Bank of Japan's (BOJ's) ability to communicate its policies is the poorest among four of the world's major central banks, according to a survey by British bank Barclays. On a scale of one to 10, the U.S. Federal Reserve Board was 7.4, the European Central Bank was 7.2, the Bank of England was 6.9 and the BOJ was 5.1. (Kyodo)
