U.S. military put curfew on personnel

The U.S. military put a curfew on all its personnel in Okinawa Prefecture on Feb. 20. The curfew follows the alleged rape of a teenage Japanese girl by a Marine. A Marine was also arrested for drunk driving and another Marine for trespassing. (Kyodo News)
