Japan has won gold again — for Olympic missteps. The designers of the new National Stadium apparently forgot to include a cauldron for the Olympic flame.
And they cannot just stick it anywhere: The interior is largely lined with wood.
The 2020 Games coordinating committee says it will set up a review team to decide where to put the flame.
