司令官と彼の部下たち 在沖縄米軍トップである アール・ヘイルストン四軍調整官 （第三海兵遠征軍司令官）が 沖縄県知事らを悪く言う電子メールを 部下に送っていたことが2月6日、明らかになった。 司令官がそのような考えでは、 米兵の規律の指導はだれが行なえばいいのだろうか。
