A court then sentenced Ryoji Miyauchi, former chief financial officer at Livedoor, to 20 months in prison March 22 for inflating earnings reports. The court also gave suspended prison terms to three other officials who worked at Livedoor
Horie said he had been framed and that he had been targeted for his brash, unconventional business style. (AP)
