Downshifter

A downshifter is the opposite of the yuppie, who is the "young urban professional." always thinking about how he or she can be more successful — particularly financially. Downshifters do not really care about money. They prefer to have jobs that pay less but are less stressful and allow them more time for themselves. To a downshifter, time is more important than money.
