Heirhead

Heirhead are people who are wealthy because their families are and who aren't particularly intelligent. The word is a play on the words "heir," meaning someone who will receive a great deal of money from their parents after they have passed away, and "airhead," which means an idiot. Paris Hilton is a classic heirhead.
