Spinach cinema

Spinach is a type of food that many people do not like, but many people eat spinach because it is healthy. In the same way, spinach cinema refers to films that are not very exciting or interesting, but which you feel you should see because it will be good for you, i.e., educational, life-changing or uplifting. There are also "spinach books" and "spinach television."
