Irritainment

There are some films and some TV programs that you don't like, but you end up watching them anyway. Examples of these types of programs include reality TV shows, like Survivor, the Academy Awards, movies like Pearl Harbor, etc. You hate them, but you watch them. These are called irritainment, instead of entertainment. The word is a combination of "entertainment" and "irritating."
