A bad workman blames his tools

If a good workman makes a mistake, he will say that it was his fault, that the mistake was his responsibility. If a bad workman makes a mistake, he will say that it was the fault of his tools. He will blame the equipment he was using for the mistake. He will not take responsibility himself.
