Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise

This proverb is quite easy to understand. If you arrange your life so that you go to sleep early and wake up early, you will become healthy, you will become rich, and you will become wise. The details of how this process works are, unfortunately, unclear. "Rise" here means "get out of bed in the morning."
