Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned

According to this proverb, there is nothing worse, nothing more terrifying and dangerous, like a woman who has been rejected by a man she likes. "Hath" is an old version of "has." "Fury" is anger, usually a dangerous kind of anger. "Scorned" means rejected, usually by a man.
