KEVIN : I love sushi. I eat it all the time when I'm back at home.
REIKO : Really, you can get it so easily?
KEVIN : Yes, there's a shop just down the road that sells sushi rolls.
REIKO : Sushi rolls? What are they?
KEVIN : You know, rice rolled in a sheet of seaweed with fish and vegetables and so on.
REIKO : Oh, makizushi.
KEVIN : Makizushi?
REIKO : Makizushi is what you call sushi rolls. Nigirizushi is the other type of sushi. They're small portions of rice with fish on top.
KEVIN : I see.
REIKO : And there's temakizushi, too.
KEVIN : What's that?
REIKO : Do-it-yourself makizushi. You make it yourself.
